If you’ve been a longtime supporter of the Arizona Cardinals since the early days you should be very familiar with the extensive history this team celebrates. The extensive number of years that these guys have been members of the National Football League have not only resulted in a lot of Cardinals tickets sales to loyal fans wanting to see them play, but a lot of good stories as well. 1. The Arizona Cardinals have the honor of being the oldest continuous professional football team in all of the United States. The Cardinals have been transferred to different parts of the United States many times, and along with that have had many different names. Familiarize yourself with the following because they were, at one point or another, still Cardinal’s names: Morgan Athletic Club, Racine Normals, Racine Cardinals, Chicago Cardinals, St. Louis Cardinals, Phoenix Cardinals and presently, the Arizona Cardinals. Official Cardinal tickets were sold at the start of the 1940s.

2. Don Coryell is the individual that is known as one of the best coaches that has ever worked with the Arizona Cardinals. 3. In 2006, a few members of the Cardinals thought to establish an elite group names the Ring of Honor. The then members came up with a a list of deserving men that were to be part of this prestigious circle. Members of that first group included Charles Bidwell, Jimmy Conzelman, John “Paddy” Driscoll, Marshall Goldberg, Dick “Night Train” Lane, Ernie Nevers, Charley Trippi and Ollie Matson. After everything was settled, the chosen ones were officially inducted as the initial members of the Ring of Honor.

4. The Cardinals not only have footballers play for their team, they have had some runner  Olympians too such as Ollie Marson. They moved to St Louis Missouri in 1960 and played there until 1987. The team did not move to Arizona until the 1988 season. Regardless of which state the team plays in, the supporters of the Cardinals continued to follow them and show their support. As the team moved from state to state, they acquired more patrons for the Cardinals Tickets.

The team has won two league championships already. These wins were obtained when the team was still located in Chicago. These were held before the Super Bowl games were even started. The location of the University of Phoenix Stadium is more accessible to the fans of the team.

The fans of the Cardinals have been showing their unwavering support for the team. They have noticed and appreciated the improvements the team has been showcasing in the past years. A championship win is near in the horizon for the Arizona Cardinals. And rest assured that as the team wins their first Super Bowl title, the fans would be there to cheer them along the way.

Customized Your Own Football Jersey

Creating custom football jerseys is a fun way to have something to wear during the games after purchasing Cardinals Tickets and to show your team spirit and support. Customizing a football jersey can be as simple as putting the player’s name on the back of the jersey. The jersey is not limited to wear during the sports game though; you can also wear the dress as casual. Customizing a jersey can cost a few dollars per patch to fifty dollars for silkscreen letters and after completing your work you definitely feel proud of you it. 

Once you obtain the materials, ironing on the characters and patches is quick and simple and here’s how:

Materials:

  • Silkscreen letters
  • Silkscreen numbers
  • Ruler
  • Iron
  • Patches
  • Needle
  • Thread
  • Scissors


Steps:

a)    Purchase iron-on silkscreen letters and numbers at a craft or you can order online. The price of the letters and numbers depends on the quality, color and size. Choose a color and size that would best fit the jersey you plan.

 

b)    Line up the letters and numbers on the jersey and space the characters evenly apart using the ruler. The letters and numbers should be no closer than one inch together or it also depends on your style.

 

c)    Plug the iron into a power outlet, keep the heat on a low setting and wait until the iron is heated up. After the desired heat of the iron press down the iron firmly on each letter and number one at a time for about two seconds. Do this continuously until the characters are glued to the jersey firmly.

d)    Place the patch in the desired location of the jersey or you can put it on the sleeve or front of the jersey. Iron on the patch if it is made from silkscreen material and sew the patch on if the patch is made from embroidered material. Thread the needle and thread it though the patch and jersey starting at the top of the patch. Sew the patch on the jersey by threading the needle and thread around the circumference of the patch until it is snug on the jersey. Cut the remaining thread from the needle with the scissors.
