My Strategy for Getting Packers Tickets

In my town we love the Green Bay Packers. And of course it follows that we are crazy about getting Packers tickets to every game we can too! Now, Packers tickets are a funny thing. Everyone here is almost fanatical about a Packers ticket. So much so, that we all have our personal strategies on how to get the best Packers tickets. Since I am a confessed Packers fan, I will tell you how I get my Packers ticket.

1. At the start of the year I do a general run through of their schedules- When the Packer’s game schedule goes up, I immediately check it and see how many home games there are and when they will be. I will then roughly determine what games I can go to and set my phone alarm about 3 to 4 days before the said game, so come that time, I am easily reminded and can go about getting tickets.

2. I talk to friends who are planning to get season tickets- Sometimes, it really comes out cheaper if you just go ahead and get season tickets, especially if you have plans of watching your team all year long. It proves to be less of a scramble too, and you
don’t have to fall in line for the rest of the year if you want to watch a game!

3. I skip all the normal routines and go straight to an online ticket source- There are times when I really want to watch a Packers game but can’t be bothered with the commute, the parking, and all the other stress associated with buying Packers tickets. This is when I go straight to online ticket sellers and see if I an find a Packers ticket to myself.

Green Bay Packers – One of the Best Team in the NFL

The Green Bay Packers is one of the oldest teams in the NFL. The Green Bay Packers holds the record of having most league championships under their belt, 12 to be exact. The year 1992 marked the start of the 13 non-losing season of the Packers. During that winning spell, the team played in the Super Bowl three times managing to win one, the Super Bowl XXXI in 1996. Packers tickets were sold out.The combination of Favre, White and Holmgren made the fans more engaged in the game. The Packers ranked first in terms of offense and defense because of Favre and White. Being ranked 6th of the best teams to play in the Super Bowl only increased the sale of the Packers ticket.

The Packers lost more than a game in 1998. Their coach, Holmgren, ledt the team to manage a different team, the Seahawks. He took with him most of his coaching staff. After that season, White also left the team due to retirement.Since 1933, the Packers have not lost a home playoff game, until 2003. They lost the wild card game to the Atlanta Falcons. After not being in the playoffs in 2006, Favre returned in 2007. The team won 10 of their 11 games finishing second in the NFC. in 2008, Favre retired from the game. However, he filed for reinstatement in August but was drafted to a different team.

The new quarterback performed well in his first game throwing 28 touchdowns and over 4000 years. Despite the excellent offense, the team lost due to poor defense. The team faced the Vikings in 2009 which was led by their former quarterback, Favre. It was held during a Monday Night Football game which sold a lot of Packers tickets. Though the Packers lost the match, the game received a record high in ratings.

These traditions had even made the relationship between fans and players stronger like treating each other as a family. Moreover, kids have loved them more because of these activities and drove them to be the new generation of the Cheese Heads.

The Packers becomes stronger and eager to win each and every game they have because of the incomparable support of the Cheese Heads. They became more energetic every time they hear the loud scream of the fans that motivates them to win the game. The fans have been a great inspiration to the players and as a result, they often dominate in each of their events.

There can no other team to be much better than the Packers as everybody can see how loyal Cheese Heads had become and the fact that more and more people had been a member of this fans club. Their great performances and attitude towards their fans have been the way to the success they experience right now. Even though new big arena are built, it is not enough for the great number of supporters they have who always work hard just to witness each and every game they have.
