Green Bay Packers – One of the Best Team in the NFL

The Green Bay Packers is one of the oldest teams in the NFL. The Green Bay Packers holds the record of having most league championships under their belt, 12 to be exact. It is not a mystery why football fans greatly desire having Packers tickets. The Green Bay Packers tickets were always sold out because of fans wanting to watch one of the best team in NFL play.

The year 1992 marked the start of the 13 non-losing season of the Packers. During that winning spell, the team played in the Super Bowl three times managing to win one, the Super Bowl XXXI in 1996. Packers tickets were sold out.The combination of Favre, White and Holmgren made the fans more engaged in the game. The Packers ranked first in terms of offense and defense because of Favre and White. Being ranked 6th of the best teams to play in the Super Bowl only increased the sale of the Packers ticket.

The Packers lost more than a game in 1998. Their coach, Holmgren, ledt the team to manage a different team, the Seahawks. He took with him most of his coaching staff. After that season, White also left the team due to retirement.Since 1933, the Packers have not lost a home playoff game, until 2003. They lost the wild card game to the Atlanta Falcons. Regardless, the supporters of the Green Bay Packers continued to purchase Green Bay Packers tickets to support their beloved team.

After not being in the playoffs in 2006, Favre returned in 2007. The team won 10 of their 11 games finishing second in the NFC. in 2008, Favre retired from the game. However, he filed for reinstatement in August but was drafted to a different team.

Aaron Rogers led the team in 2008, being the first quarterback other than Favre to lead the team in 16 years. The new quarterback performed well in his first game throwing 28 touchdowns and over 4000 years. Despite the excellent offense, the team lost due to poor defense. The team faced the Vikings in 2009 which was led by their former quarterback, Favre. It was held during a Monday Night Football game which sold a lot of Packers tickets. Though the Packers lost the match, the game received a record high in ratings.

This is a great chance for all the teams if their breakout player will be chosen. The teams with breakout players were Bears, Bengals, Chiefs, Jets, Eagles, Steelers, Broncos, Chargers and Packers.

Chicago Bears have one breakout candidate named as Jay Cutler was a former breakout candidate last year and is the best quarterback of the Bears which can finish for about 30 touchdowns. Everybody will love to see him hit the field as they will play against the Vikings on November. Bengals also have one breakout candidate and that is Cedric Benson who was a former Texans standout which can push the 1,500-yard push mark in a game.

He can exactly be expected to improve this year and surpass his achievements. LB Heath Farwell and DT Pat Williams made it to the list as they are qualified as well to be a Hall Famer like the former player DT John Randle who will be inducted later this month.
